邓老冠心胶囊对动脉粥样硬化斑块影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察邓老冠心胶囊对ApoE基因敲除小鼠动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法 5周龄雄性ApoE小鼠30只,饲以含脂肪21%(wt/wt)胆固醇0.15%的饲料,喂养13周后,将小鼠随机分为2组:实验组及空白对照组各15只。给以同样高脂饲料喂养,同时实验组给以0.25 g邓老冠心胶囊(可拌于饲料),连续喂13周。眼球取血后处死,验血脂水平;无菌条件下取出心脏及主动脉,甲醛固定,石蜡包埋。结果在斑块面积/管腔面积方面,两组比较,差异有统计学意义;血脂指标方面,两组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论邓老冠心胶囊组在减少斑块面积与管腔比例及稳定纤维帽方面较对照组疗效好,在对血脂的影响方面与对照组无明显差异。Objective To observe the effects of Denglao Guanxin Capsule on atherosclerotic plaque in ApoE gene knockout mice.Methods Thirty five-week old ApoE knockout mice were fed with high-fat diet for 13 weeks.Thereafter,they were randomized into two groups：control group and treatment group,treatment group was treated with Denglao Guanxin Capsule for 13 weeks.After 13 weeks,the lipid level was observed,and the hearts and aortas were treated by the pathological method.Results There were statistical differences in the area ratios of plaque and lumen between the two groups,while no statistical difference in lipid level was observed.Conclusion The efficacy of Denglao Guanxin Capsule is better in reduction of plaque,lumen area ratio and stable fibrous cap than those of control group,and there is no statistical differences on lipid level between the two groups.
