痰热清联合抗菌药物治疗高龄下呼吸道感染的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗高龄下呼吸道感染患者的临床疗效。方法将84例高龄下呼吸道感染患者随机分为2组,每组42例。对照组常规使用抗菌药物及对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上同时给予痰热清注射液20 mL加入5%葡萄糖溶液或0.9%氯化钠溶液500 mL中静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程7～14d。观察两组患者的临床疗效、WBC、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、体温恢复正常时间。结果治疗组临床总疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后,血WBC、中性粒细胞比例、CRP较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05);且治疗组患者治疗后体温恢复正常时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论痰热清注射液联合抗菌药物治疗高龄下呼吸道感染患者临床疗效和实验室指标改善率明显优于单纯抗菌药物治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics on very elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection.Methods 84 very elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 patients in each group.Patients of control group were treated with antibiotics as well as symptomatic therapy for 7~14 d.Patients of treatment group were treated with tanreqing injection（20 mL/d）on the basis of control groups therapy.The result of these therapies,blood white cell,C reaction protein（CRP）,days of turning to normal temperature were observed.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was superior to that of control group（P0.05）.There were significant differences in WBC,neutrophil ratio,CRP,days of turning to normal temperature of patients between the two groups（P0.05）.There was no significant adverse reaction in both groups.Conclusion The treatment effect of tanreqing injection combined with antibiotics for the very elderly patients with lower respiratory tract infection is better than that of using antibiotics only.
