摘  要:目的探讨氰中毒和低温暴露对家兔心脏功能的影响。方法将25只家兔随机分为5组,20℃组、2℃组、-20℃组、2℃氰中毒组、-20℃氰中毒组,每组5只。动物经腹腔注射麻醉后行左侧颈总动脉插管术,按分组分别置于20℃室温、2℃和-20℃冰柜中。中毒组于置冰柜60 min后腹腔注射NaCN 2.0 mg/kg。各组在置于实验温度后0、30、60、90、120 min时间点经动脉插管采血并分离血浆,测定门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)的含量。结果低温暴露组动物AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH和α-HBDH的含量均呈升高趋势,低温复合氰中毒组的各项指标均明显高于实验初期(P<0.05),也明显高于同时相室温组(P<0.05)。结论急性低温暴露将导致家兔心肌酶含量显著升高,氰化钠中毒可增强这种作用效果。Objective To investigate the effect of NaCN intoxication and hypothermal exposure on myocardial enzymes. Methods 25 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups:20℃ group,2 ℃ group, -20 ℃ group,2 ℃ and NaCN intoxication group and -20℃ and NaCN in- toxication group. The animals were anesthezed and performed with a cannulate catheterize on the left carotid artery. Then the animals were put into the experimental chambers for thermal exposure in 20 ℃ ,2 ℃ and -20 ℃. 60 min later,they were injected with NaCN at the dose of 2 mg/kg. The blood samples were collected at time points of 0,30,60,90,120 min, respectively. The content of aspartate aminotransferase ( AST), ereatine kinase ( CK ) and its i soenzyme ( CK-MB), lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and a-hydroxybutyratc dehydrogenase ( α-HBDH ) in the blood plasma were determined biochemically. Results The content of AST, CK, CK-MB, LDH and α-HBDH of hypothermal exposure group trended higher. All the five parameters measured were significantly increased campared with early experiment and the room temperature group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Acute hypothermal exposure could obviously increase the myocardial enzyme contents,which is enhanced by sodium cyanide intoxication.
