摘　　要：目的研制一种用于手术器械热力消毒的新型设备,解决手术器械清洗后消毒技术和消毒设备方面存在较多的问题。方法根据手术器械具有耐热耐湿的特点,在确定采用热力消毒技术的前提下,设计并研制出一种由主体槽、加热系统、控制系统、机架和其他连接管线等部分构成的手术器械热力消毒设备,并在设备中集成了筒式电磁波加热和恒温循环压力冲洗等新技术,兼备手术器械的高水平消毒和润滑保养功能,还可用于手术器械的高质量多酶浸泡处理。结果通过对手术器械消毒效果测试和与相关设备和方法的对比,证实所研制手术器械热力消毒器的技术性能可靠,兼容性较强,对安装场地要求低,可操作性较强,并且设备造价低廉,达到预期的设计目标,适合各级医院对手术器械的消毒使用。结论研制的手术器械热力消毒器具有较好的市场需求前景,并且未见相关同类产品的报道,如在短期内实现推广应用,将产生较大的社会效益和经济效益。Objective To develop a new equipment used in surgical instruments heat disinfection and cleaning. Methods According to the characteristcs with resistant to cool and heal of surgical instruments, on the condition of heat disinfection, design and develop thermal sterilization equipment for surgical instruments which consist of main tank, heating system, control system, racks and other connection pipe- lines. This kind of equipment combined electromagnetic wave tube heating with constant temperature and pressure rinse and characterised by high-level disinfectant and lubrication maintenance,which can also be used in soaking of surgical instrument with multienzyme. Results Through comparing the effect and methods of disinfection by surgical instruments, it confirmed that the surgical instruments with the character- istic of reliable performance, strong compatibility, lower requirements of installation area, maneuverability, and low cost. The new equipment was suitable for surgical instrument disinfection in all hospital. Conclusion The surgical instruments has good market prospect, and there was no related reports of similar products. If promoting the use of the sterilization equipment in a short term,iit will produce larger social ben- efits and economic benefits.
