系统干预对老年尿失禁患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统干预对老年尿失禁患者生活质量的影响。方法:将106例老年尿失禁患者随机分为系统干预组(54例)和对照组(52例),两组均给予基本治疗及常规护理,系统干预组在此基础上实施健康教育、记录排尿日记、调整饮水习惯、进行心理和行为干预。结果:治疗1年后,系统干预组尿失禁患者生活质量改善情况明显好于对照组。结论:对尿失禁患者实施系统干预可改善患者生活质量。Objective：To explore the influence of systematic intervention on quality of life of old patients with urinary incontinence.Methods： 106 old patients with urinary incontinence were selected and divided into intervention group（54 cases） and control group（52 cases）.All patients in both two groups were given routine medical therapy and nursing care,but the patients in intervention group were given systematic clinic intervention which included carrying on health education,recording voiding diary,adjusting the habit of drinking water and carrying on psycho-behavioral intervention.Results： After one year intervention,the quality of life of old patients with urinary incontinence in intervention group increased significantly compared with those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The systems clinic intervention can improve the quality of life of old patients with urinary incontinence.
