摘  要:为了提高传统层叠金属陶瓷复合装甲的抗弹能力,提出一种由金属桁架结构、陶瓷、环氧树脂胶结剂、金属面板、背板所组成的新型复合装甲结构。应用LS-DYNA软件分析了该型复合靶板在不同位置受钢质弹丸侵彻时的抗弹性能,并与相同厚度的传统层叠金属陶瓷复合靶板对比分析。结果表明:金属桁架结构具有良好的吸收冲击能量的特性,环氧树脂配合金属桁架结构对陶瓷棒有支撑约束与结构限制的作用,大幅度提高了该型复合装甲的抗弹性能。To improve the anti-bullet property of the traditional laminated metal-ceramic composite armor, a metal truss structures enhanced ceramic composite armor composed of pyramidal truss structures, ceramic, epoxyn, faceplate and back plate is proposed. The anti-bullet properties of this composite target plate in different positions are analyzed by using LS-DYNA and compared with the traditional laminated metal-ceramic composite target plate with the same thickness. The results show that the anti-bullet property of the new ceramic composite armor is largely enhanced because the ceramic robs are supported and restrained by the metal truss structures and epoxyn, and the metal truss structures have more excellent capability for absorbing impact energy.
