摘  要:为了确定串件对策下装备的初始备件方案,以准确地评估可用度,提高装备的保障效能,该文根据METRIC理论,给出了装备初始备件方案的优化,针对具有多层次结构的复杂装备,建立了不完全串件对策下的系统可用度评估模型。研究了串件对策下装备保障效能的分析流程和方法。通过算例给出了不同串件对策下装备的可用度结果,VMETRIC仿真结果表明,模型与仿真结果的误差小于5%,说明该文研究可为装备管理人员制定合理的保障方案提供决策支持。In order to determine the initial spare parts project and exactly evaluate the equipment a- vailability for improving its support effectiveness, the optimization method for the initial spare parts project is given according to the METRIC theory. For the complex equipment with multi-indenture structure, the system availability evaluation model is established under the incomplete cannibalization policy. The analysis method and flow of the equipment support effectiveness under the cannibalization policy are studied. The equipment availability is calculated under the different cannibalization policies by an example. The VMETRIC software simulation results show that the error between the model and the simulation is less 5% , and the research can provide support for military equipment managers to design reasonable support projects.
