摘 要:采用新型的活性氧联合固体碱法对甘蔗渣进行蒸煮,研究所得浆及其废液的特性,探讨其浆在造纸方面的应用性及废水的环境影响性。结果表明,活性氧-固体碱浆的得率为44.74%,卡伯值为21.82,黏度为6.26 mPa.s,白度为34.21(ISO)。纸张的耐破指数为2.18 mN.m2/g,抗张指数为29.68 N.m/g,撕裂指数为9.16 mN.m2/g,耐折度为52次。废液的pH值7.98、化学需氧量(CODcr)4.165×104mg/L、生物需氧量(BOD5)1.2×104mg/L和悬浮物含量6.18×104mg/L。Novel active oxygen and solid base method was used for bagasse cooking in this study to investigate the characteristics of pulp and waste liquor. The potential application of this kind of pulp in papermaking and the impact of the wastewater on envi- ronment were studied as well. The results indicated that the pulp yield is 44.74 % , the Kappa number is 21.82, the pulp visco- sity is 6.26 mPa· s and the whiteness is 34.21 (ISO). While for the paper, the burst index , tensile index , tear index and fold- ing strength were 2.18 mN· m2/g, 29.68 N · m/g, 9.16 mN · m2/g and 52 times, respectively. In addition, for the waste liquor, the pH value, CODcr, BOD5 and suspended solids of cooking waste liquor are 7.98, 4. 165 × 104 mg/L, 1.2 × 104 mg/L and 6.18 × 104 mg/L, respectively.
