摘 要:文章采用不同基质及其配比,不同生根剂种类及其浓度在不同季节进行海南粗榧扦插。结果表明,9个处理间的扦插生根率、根条数和最长根长均达到显著差异或极显著差异;海南粗榧在海南宜在秋冬季进行扦插,以甘蔗渣1∶1拌表土为基质,IBA浓度1 500 mg/L为生根剂时其扦插生根率最高,达到84.89%,是最低处理的1.50倍;而以锯木糠1∶1拌表土为基质时根条数最多,为9.55条;以椰糠1∶1拌表土为基质时根系最长,达到12.83 cm;甘蔗渣、锯木糠及椰糠分别以1∶1拌表土为基质均适用于海南粗榧的扦插繁殖。Different mediums and proportions, root regulators and their concentrations were tested for cutting of Cephalotaxus mannii in different seasons in this study. The results showed that significant differences in root ratio, root number and root length were found among different treatments. The highest root ratio 84.89%, 1.5 times as the lowest treatment, was achieved when using the cutting medium of bagasse mixed with soil by the ratio 1: 1 and root regulator of IBA 1 500 mg/L, the appropriate seasons for C. mannii cutting are autumn and winter. The most quantities of root number was 9.55 per cutting using the medium of sawdust mixed with soil by 1 : 1 ; the coco peat mixed with soil by 1: 1 got the longest roots 12.83cm. Bagasse, sawdust and the coco peat mixed with soil by 1: 1, respectively, are proper mediums for cutting of C. mannii.
