摘  要:目的研究雷奈酸锶对地塞米松诱发的继发性骨质疏松的防治作用。方法 80只SD大鼠,随机分为4组,各20只,正常组、模型组[地塞米松1 mg/(kg·d),90 d]、治疗组[地塞米松1 mg/(kg·d),90 d;雷奈酸锶75 mg/(kg·d),70 d]、预防组[地塞米松1 mg/(kg·d),雷奈酸锶75 mg/(kg·d),90 d]。实验结束,取股骨和第5腰椎进行骨密度(BMD)检测,股骨进行骨形态计量学检测。结果与正常组比较,地塞米松可以导致股骨和第5腰椎的BMD下降,经雷奈酸锶预防和治疗之后,BMD明显恢复;骨形态计量学分析发现,地塞米松可以导致大鼠股骨骨量下降,骨结构变差,而给予雷奈酸锶预防和治疗后,可以对骨量和骨结构有一定的改善,并且可以促进骨形成,对骨吸收有一定的抑制作用。结论动物实验证明,雷奈酸锶对地塞米松诱发的继发性骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。Objective To study the preventive and therapeutic effect of strontium ranelate on dexamethasone - induced osteoporosis. Methods Eighty male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups with 20 rats in each group : normal group, model group ( dexamethasone, 1 mg/kg ·d, 90 d) treatment group (dexamethasone, 1 mg/kg ·d, 90d; strontium ranelate 75mg/kg ·d, 70 d) and prevention group (strontium ranelate 75mg/kg·d, 90d) , BMD at femur and fifth lumbar and femur histomorphometry were analyzed at the end of the treatment. Results Compared with normal group, dexamethasone decreased BMD of the femur and fifth lumbar; BMD was significantly recovered by preventive and therapeutic use of strontium ranelate. Bone histomorphometry analysis showed that dexamethasone resulted in decreased femoral bone mass and deterioration of bone structure, preventive and therapeutic use of strontium ranelate improved bone mass and bone structure, promoted bone formation and inhibited bone resorption. Conclusion The study indicates strontium ranelate may prevent and treat dexamethasone - induced osteoporosis.
