摘　　要：目的探讨糖皮质激素对鼻息肉组织中CD44s表达的影响。方法鼻息肉患者30例,随机分为激素组(口服强的松10mg.kg-1.d-1,×10d)和对照组,每组15例。采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测两组鼻息肉组织中CD44s的表达情况。结果与对照组比较,激素组鼻息肉组织中血管内皮细胞(0.15±0.03vs.0.30±0.05)和炎症细胞(0.20±0.05vs.0.36±0.04)CD44s的表达明显减少(P<0.05)。结论糖皮质激素抑制鼻息肉组织中血管内皮细胞、炎症细胞CD44s的表达,这可能是其治疗鼻息肉的作用机制之一。Objective To explore the effect of glucosteroid on the expression of CIM4s in nasal polyps. Methods Thirty patients with nasal polyps were equally randomized into two groups of A （treated with oral prednisone 10 mg · kg^-1·d^-1 × 10 d） and B（without drug administration）. The expression of CIM4s in nasal polyps was detected with immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of CD44s was significantly lower in the infIammatory celIs （0.15 ± 0.03 vs. 0.30 ±0. 05） and the vascular endothelia（0. 20±0. 05 vs. 0. 36±0. 04） of nasal polyps of group A than that of group B（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Inhibiting the expression of CD44s in the inflammatory cells and vascular endothelia of nasal polyps may be one of the mechanisms for the therapeutic effect of corticosteroids used systemically on the nasal polyps.
