摘　　要：目的开发一个计算机软件工具用于增加或修改DICOM文件头信息,便于数据管理和统计分析。方法介绍DICOM标准中对DICOM文件格式的定义,选择Matlab软件开发,用GUI组件编程制作操作界面,可以进行单个文件和多个文件的批量文件信息修改。结果本软件实现了医学影像DICOM图像头文件中对实验对象信息的修改。结论应用此软件处理后的文件具有完整有效的文件头信息,弥补了数据生成时的误操作,具有较好的应用价值。Objective To develope a computer software tool for modifying information about experimental objects of DI COM, which is convenient for data management and statistical analysis. Methods The concept of file format defined in DI COM standard was introduced. The software tool was designed using software Matlab and made programming interface u sing sub-unit GUI. The information can be modified singly or in bulk. Results The software tool was able to modify the information about experimental objects in DIOCM file. Conclusion After being processed, the information in DICOM file header is complete and effective, which make up misoperation when data are generated.
