摘 要:在3种不同空调系统运行模式下,利用建筑能耗模拟软件IES-VE对温州地区同一住宅建筑能耗进行动态模拟,分析空调运行模式对温州地区住宅建筑采暖空调能耗大小的影响。结果表明,空调运行模式由连续模式改变为间歇式,采暖能耗降低33.5%,制冷能耗减小53.2%,采暖空调总能耗降低43.5%,引入自然通风可将制冷能耗进一步降低27.6%,采暖空调总能耗降低50.5%。间歇式空调模式下,采暖空调能耗的降低与空调运行时间的减少并非线性关系。The Energy consumption of a residential building in Wenzhou was modeled with the building thermal environment simulation Toolkit IES-VE.The effect of HVAC system operation modes on the heating and air-conditioning energy consumption is investigated.All three operation modes are analyzed,i.e.continuous operation mode,intermittent operation mode,and intermittent operation mode combined with natural ventilation.The results show that the intermittent operation mode yields a 33.5% reduction in heating energy consumption,a 53.2% reduction in air-conditioning energy consumption,and a 43.5% reduction in HVAC system energy consumption compared with the continuous operation mode.With the natural ventilation,the energy consumption of the air-conditioning and the HVAC system is further re duced by 27.6% and 53.2%,respectively.Under the intermittent operation mode,a nonlinear relationship is observed between the air-condi tioning energy consumption and the running time.
