摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法合成了SrCeO3:Sm3+,M+(M=Li,Na,K)红色荧光粉,用X射线衍射、荧光光谱表征了样品的物相结构和发光性能。研究了电荷补偿剂对SrCeO3:Sm3+发光性能的影响。结果表明:适量掺入电荷补偿剂没有改变基质的晶型结构。样品的激发光谱由Ce4+→O2–的电荷迁移带和Sm3+的离子特征激发峰组成。样品在波长为408 nm的紫外激发下发射红光,发射主峰为601 nm,对应于Sm3+的4G5/2→6H7/2跃迁。样品的发光强度随电荷补偿剂掺量的增大先增强后减弱;对于不同电荷补偿剂,样品发光强度最大处所对应的电荷补偿剂的掺杂量不同;电荷补偿剂Li+、Na+和K+的最佳掺量分别为5%、2%和0.8%。The red phosphors of SrCeO3:Sm3+,M+ (M = Li, Na, K) were synthesized by a sol-gel method. The X-ray diffraction patterns and photoluminescence spectra were determined to characterize their phase structural and luminescent properties. The effect of charge compensation on the luminescence properties of sample SrCeO3:Sm3+ was investigated. The results show that there is no ap- parent phase structure transformation of the SrCeO3 matrix after doping appropriate amount of charge compensators. The excitation spectra of the sample consisted of Ce4+→O2- charge transitions and Sm3+ ion excitation peak. Under an ultraviolet excitation with a wavelength of 408 nm, the sample emits a red luminescence due to the transition 4G5/2→6HT/2 of Sm3+, and the maximum emission peak is at 601 rim. The luminescence intensity firstly increased and then decreased with the increase of doping amount of charge compensators. However, the doping amount of charge compensator corresponding to the maximum emission intensity is different with different charge compensators, and the optimum doping amount of charge compensators Li+, Na+ and K+ are 5%, 2% and 0.8%, respectively.
