摘 要:分析了常数型、线形型和指数型三种随机生产状态下易变质产品的生产特性,构建了基于时变需求的随机EPQ模型的总成本函数,并提出了确定生产时长的最优生产策略算法,最后给出算例对随机EPQ模型进行了验证和灵敏度分析。模拟结果显示:单位生产成本是总成本的决定因素;当生产启动成本和产品变质率增加时,都会引起生产时长增加,而前者的变化对生产次数影响明显;次品比例和单位生产成本的增加对生产次数和生产时长几乎没有影响,单位返工成本变化对指数型随机生产情形的影响比常数型随机生产情形和线性型随机生产情形的影响要大。Due to uncertainties in the production processes, the optimal production run length has been one an issue drawing attention from many researchers for several decades. This paper analyzes the production characteristics of perishable products under constant, linear and exponent stochastic production state, and total cost functions of stochastic EPQ models based on time-varying demand rate, based on which a search algorithm obtains determining an optimal production run length is derived. Finally, numerical examples are given to conduct sensitivity analysis and test the optimal EPQ models. The results show that: (1) the unit production cost is the deciding factor; (2) the increases of the production setup cost and the deteriorating rate will both cause the extension of the production run length, and the changes of the former has a significant effect on the production frequency; (3) the increases of the percentage of defective items and the unit production cost hardly influences the production run length, and the changes of the rework cost for a defective items have a great influence in EPQ models under the exponent stochastic production state than in EPQ models under the constant or linear stochastic production state.
