摘 要:目的:探讨KATP开放剂对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤的保护作用及其作用机制。方法:制作新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)模型,制模后予KATP开放剂克罗卡林进行干预处理,检测大鼠体重的改变,死亡率以及脑组织中谷氨酸(Glu)及天门冬氨酸(Asp)含量。结果:KATP开放剂克罗卡林能增加HIBD大鼠体重增长值,减轻死亡率,减少HIBD脑组织中Glu及Asp的含量(P<0.05);KATP阻断剂格列本脲明显拮抗克罗卡林的上述作用。结论:KATP开放剂克罗卡林对HIBD具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与激活ATP敏感性钾通道,减少兴奋性氨基酸的释放有关。Objective: To explore the protective effect of K_ATP opener on neonatal rats with hypoxic - ischemic brain damage (HIBD) and the mechanism. Methods: HIDB models of neonatal rats were established, then K_ATP opener Cromakalim was used for intervention and treatment, the change of body weight, mortality, the contents of Glu and Asp in the neonatal rats were detected. Results: K_ATP opener Cromakalim increased body weight of HIBD rats, reduced the mortality and the contents of Glu and Asp in cerebral tissue of HIBD rats (P 〈 0.05 ) . K_ATP blocker Glibenclamide antagonized the above - mentioned effects of Cromakalim. Conclusion: K_ATP opener Cromakalim has a certain protective effect on HIBD rats, and the mechanism may be correlated with activation of ATP sensitive potassium channel and reduce of the release of excitatory amino acids.
