摘 要:目的:探讨二氧化硫衍生物对大鼠性激素的影响。方法:将30只雌性大鼠随机分为对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组,连续染毒14天,观察卵泡刺激素(FSH)、血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)激素水平及对卵巢组织结构的影响。结果:低剂量、高剂量组与对照组比较大鼠血清中FSH水平均明显升高(P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠血清中LH与对照组比较升高明显(P<0.05),低剂量、高剂量组大鼠血清中E2水平明显降低(P<0.05)。高剂量组大鼠卵巢组织的病理改变表现为始基卵泡和初级卵泡增多,而次级卵泡和成熟卵泡较少见,且闭锁卵泡增多。结论:二氧化硫衍生物可引起雌性大鼠性轴功能紊乱及卵巢组织学改变。Objective: To explore the effects of sulfur dioxide derivatives on sex hormones in female rats. Methods: A total of 30 female rats were randomly divided into control group, low - dose group, and high - dose group, then they were exposed to sulfur dioxide derivatives consecutively for 14 days; the levels of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), serum estradiol, luteinizing hormone (LH), and the effects on ovarian tissue and structure were observed. Results: Compared with control group, the levels of serum FSH in low - dose group and high - dose group increased significantly (P 〈 O. 05 ) ; the serum level of LH in high - dose group was statistically significantly higher than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the serum levels of estradiol in low - dose group and high - dose group decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the pathological manifestations of ovarian tissue in rats in high - dose group included increases of primordial follicles and primary follicles, but secondary follicles and mature follicles were few, and the number of atretic follicles increased. Conclusion: Sulfur dioxide derivatives can induce the dysfunction of gonadal axis and the changes of ovarian tissue in female rats.
