知识密集型服务业的价值创造能力评价体系

摘　　要：运用层次分析法构建了知识密集型服务业的价值创造能力评价体系。遵循评价指标体系的设置原则,按照目标层、准则层、主题层、指标层的层级结构,形成了价值实现程度、服务交互能力、基本保障能力共3个一级评价指标以及10个二级评价指标、47个三级评价指标构成的评价指标体系,并对指标含义进行了说明。将为知识密集型服务企业提高价值创造能力方面提供科学依据,并为同类研究或后续相关实证研究提供借鉴。Using methods of analytic hierarchy process （AHP）, this paper constructs the evaluation system of value creation ability of knowledge-intensive business service （KIBS）. Following the establishment principles of evaluation index system, in accordance with the structure of target layer, rule layer, theme layer, and index layer, the paper forms evaluation index system consisted of three first-class indexes including value realization degree, service interaction ability, and basic guarantee capacity, ten second-class indexes, and forty- seven third-class ones, the meanings of which are also described. This research will provide scientific basis for KIBS enterprises＂ improvement of value creation ability, and references for similar researches or follow-up related empirical studies.
