摘　　要：风险一般被定义为"产生损失的可能性或不确定性"。是一种客观存在的、不可避免的,并在一定条件下还带有某些规律性。因此,只能试图将风险减小到最低的程度,而不可能完全避免或消除。降低风险的最有效方法就是要意识并认可风险的存在,积极的去面对、去寻找,才能够有效地控制风险,将风险降低到最小程度。通过风险管理对风险进行识别、衡量分析,并在此基础上有效地处置和规避风险,就能有效的降低由风险带来地损失。Risk is generally defined as ＂the possibility or uncertainty of producing loss ＂, is objective existence and inevitable, and have some regularity under certain conditions. Therefore, we can only reduce risk to the minimum degree, but can＇t completely avoid or eliminate. The most effective way to lower the risk is to realize and know abot the existence of the risk, positively go to facing and to search, can we effectively control risk, and the risk will be reduced to the minimum extent. Through the risk management for risk identification, evaluation and analysis, and on this basis, effective risk disposal and avoidance can effectively reduce the loss that risks bring.
