摘 要:基于莫尔-库伦屈服准则,以常村矿3#单一煤层为例,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,模拟了3#煤层在不同水力压力条件下煤体破损与压裂裂纹延伸规律。模拟结果表明:水力压裂过程中,煤体破坏类型以剪切破坏为主,压裂孔端头区域最先处于破碎损坏状态。在水力压裂压力增加过程中,压裂孔中部区域煤体中裂纹沿最大主应力方向延伸速度最快,而沿最小主应力方向裂纹延伸速度最慢;压裂孔端头区域裂纹沿竖直方向和走向方向的延伸长度基本保持一致,此区域裂纹延伸的方向受地应力影响程度明显减弱;最大主应力方向裂纹延伸长度与水力压裂压力大小基本成正比例线性关系。Based on the Moore-coulomb yield criterion,taking 3# single coal seam of Changcun coal mine for example,the crack extension discipline of coal damaged and fractured under the different hydraulic pressure is simulated by FLAC3D numerical simulation software.The simulation results show that the shear failure is the main type of the coal damage in the process of hydraulic fracturing,and the end area of pressure hole will firstly be damaged.With the increase of the hydraulic fracturing pressure,the fastest extension speed of the crack is along the maximum principal stress direction,and the slowest speed is along the minimum principal stress direction.The crack extension length in the pressure hiatal end area of the vertical direction and the towards direction is almost consistent.The influence of crustal stress is apparently decreased.It is linear relationship between the crack length of the maximum principle stress direction and the hydraulic fracturing pressure.
