摘 要:针对东欢坨矿-230 m辅助回风大巷过断层段巷道围岩变形严重,影响矿井安全生产的不利局面,深入分析了该段巷道围岩变形机理。研究表明:该段巷道围岩碎裂现象严重,遇水膨胀软化,兼有工程软岩和地质软岩的特点,巷道围岩以破碎软岩大变形为主要特征。提出了超前注浆,高密锚喷联合支护的巷道修复技术,并利用数值模拟的方法进行了论证。工程检测表明,修复完成后巷道顶底及两帮收敛变形均低于210 mm,收敛速度均低于2 mm/d,巷道很快达到整体稳定,围岩变形得到了根本控制。In the light of the unfavorable situation that Donghuantuo coal mine-230 m auxiliary return air roadway crossing fault result in surrounding rock serious deformation and influence coal mine safety production,The passage deeply analyzes the surrounding rock deformation mechanism in this roadway.The results show that the surrounding rock fragmentation phenomenon is serious and water expansion and softening in this roadway,the surrounding rock have engineering soft rock and geological soft rock characteristics,surrounding rock of roadway in broken soft rock large deformation is main feature.the paper put forward the advance grouting and high density anchor combined support technology of roadway repairing.This scheme is demonstrated by using the numerical simulation method.Engineering test shows that top and bottom and two side's convergence deformation are below 210 mm after restoration of tunnel,convergence rate is less than 2 mm/d,and roadway reaches overall stability soon and surrounding rock deformation of roadway gets thoroughly control.
