摘　　要：根据对陶瓷气体传感器寿命试验数据的分析 ,确认其寿命分布类型为威布尔分布 ,并借助威布尔概率纸得到该传感器的寿命特征值 ,在此基础上建立起它的寿命分布函数。为人们提供了一种获得陶瓷气体传感器可靠性指标的简便、可靠的方法。According to analysing the data of life test of a ceramic gas sensor,it is certain to infer that the life distribution is Weibull distribution.The article introduces how to get the life characteristic values o f ceramic gas sensor by Weibull probability paper and found its life distributio n function.A convenient and reliable method is presented to know the reliability standard of a ceramic gas sensor.
