摘  要:在轻度Cd、Pb复合污染菜地中,向生菜叶面喷施不同质量分数的Si溶胶和Ce溶胶,研究其对生菜的产量、品质、抗氧化酶活性及Cd、Pb吸收的影响。结果表明,叶面施Si、Ce均能促进生菜生长,降低生菜中亚硝酸盐质量比。质量分数高的Si溶胶(0.1%、0.2%)可显著提高维生素C、可溶性糖质量比,质量分数较高的Ce溶胶(0.01%~0.03%)可显著提高维生素C质量比,质量分数较低的Ce溶胶(0.005%、0.01%)可显著提高可溶性糖质量比。叶面施Si、Ce能够提高保护酶POD、SOD的活性,抑制生菜对Cd、Pb的吸收,降低其地上部Cd、Pb质量比。叶面施Si和Ce溶胶可显著改善生菜品质及降低Cd和Pd毒害效应,喷施0.05%SiO2和0.01%CeO2缓解Cd和Pb毒害作用的效果最佳。This paper is aimed to report its experimental findings of the influence of the foliar application of silicon and cerium sol on retarding or reducing the toxicity of Pb, Cd in lettuce in a Pb and Cd-contaminated vegetable plot. From the research need, our experiments were mainly oriented to trace the effects of silicon and cerium sol on the biomass quality, the activity of protective enzymes and Pb and Cd uptake by lettuce in hoping to determine the optimal amount of such elements on relieving their toxicity. The results indicate that the foliar application of such chemical contents is favorable for the lettuce growth in reducing nitrite in the plant. Proper content of silica sol (0.1%, 0.2%) tends to help significantly the intake of vitamin C, the soluble sugar content in the plant, while enough content of cerium sol (0.01%-0.03%) helps to improve the formation of vitamin C and low ones (0.005%, 0.01%) can increase the soluble sugar content. As compared with the controlled use of foliar application of water, the content of silicon sol and cerium sol is favorable for the activity of enzymes in reducing the toxicity of Pb and Cd to lettuce. Our study has also revealed that the activity of enzymes is strongest with 0.05% of silicon sol application, while the appropriate content of cerium sol should be 0.01%. However, the use of silicon and cerium sol tends to inhibit the absorption and transmission of Cd and Pb in the lecture, as well as affect the growth of roots and shoots. The available concentration of Cd and Pb in the lecture from the foliar application should be 0.5‰ silicon sol or 0.01% cerium sol, that is, lower than the ones of CK. The ratio of Cd or Pb concentration between the roots and the shoots of lettuce with foliar application of silicon and cerium sol should be a bit lower than that in the foliar application of water.
