摘  要:为研究家用喷头的洒水分布性能,在喷头安装高度为3.0 m,安装间距分别为3.0m和3.5m的情况下,选用4种不同的供水流量,分别采用流量系数为K-70和K-98的家用喷头,以及流量系数为K-80的标准喷头进行了18次洒水分布性能对比试验。结果表明,在相同的供水流量下,喷头洒水分布均匀性和集水率只与安装间距有关,与工作压力无线性关系。喷头间距增大,家用喷头的洒水分布均匀性变差,但相差不大;而标准喷头的洒水分布均匀性变好。但无论何种安装间距,家用喷头的洒水分布均匀性均优于标准喷头。喷头间距越大,集水率越高,但由于有湿墙性能要求,家用喷头的集水率低于标准喷头。The present paper is to study the water-spray distributive feature of residential sprinklers. For the research purpose, we have carefully analyzed their development history and the research results in this way,particularly the application occupancy of residential sprinklers described in the national standards. In addition, we have introduced feathers suitable for the residential sprinklers. In the paper, we have also introduced other kinds of sprinklers by doing contrast tests. Based on our above-said research, we have drawn a conclusion that the residential sprinklers should be more superior over other sprinklers in water distribution features for their needs to offer greater security for human health. In this paper,we have done 18 water distribution contrasting tests with the flow feature factors(K)of the sprinklers of Type K-70,K-98 and K-80 respectively in reference to the standard sprinklers. The installation height of the sprinklers under the test were respectively 3.0 m,in an installation distance of 3.0 m and 3.5 m,at 4 kinds of water supply flowing rates. The test results we have gained indicate that the water distribution uniformity and water collection rate of the sprinklers under testing are just related to the installation distance,with no linear relation to the working pressure at the same water supply amount. The greater the installation distance is,the worse the water distribution uniformity would be; on the contrary,the better the water distribution uniformity, the better the spray effect at any installation distance. The greater increase the installation distance,the higher the water collection rate,though the water collection rate of residential sprinklers proves lower than the standard sprinklers due to the difference in their need for wetting wall.
