摘　　要：针对集中器和智能电能表之间载波信息通道传输可靠性差的问题,提出在低压集抄台区采用"洪泛算法"的全动态自组网技术,介绍改进电价参数下发流程、增加单帧补发和电能表重新认证机制,通过试验证明该阶梯电价远程下发流程具有可行性。For carrier channel between the concentrator and the smart electricity meter transmission reliability problems, the paper puts forward the technology of dynamic networking based on ＂flooding＂ algorithm in the low voltage meter reading area to improve step tariff parameter sending process, and increase the single patch and electricity meter verification mechanism,and proves the feasibility of the step tariff remote sending process.
