Determination of 16 Elements in the Ash of High-Purity Petroleum Coke and High-Purity Coal Tar Pitch by ICP-AES Method

摘  要:研究了采用ICP-AES法快速测定高纯石油焦和高纯煤沥青灰分中16种杂质元素Al、Ca、Cr、Cu、Co、Fe、K、Li、Mg、Mn、Na、Ni、Pb、Ti、V、Zn的分析方法。对样品的溶解方式和影响测定结果的各种因素进行了研究,确定了试验的最佳测定条件。运用ICP-AES对灰分中16种杂质元素的检出限、回收率及精密度进行了测定,结果显示,各元素的检出限在0.000 039~0.025μg/mL,方法的回收率在95.0%~105.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)1.00%。本方法分析高纯石油焦和高纯煤沥青灰分中的杂质元素,能够满足高纯石墨研究工作的要求。The analytical method for rapid determination of l6 impurity elements including AI, Ca, Cr, Cu, Co, 17e, K, Li, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb, Ti, V and Zn in the ash of high-purity petroleum coke and high - purity coal tar pitch by ICP-AES method were studied. By investigating the sample dissolution modes and various factors affecting the test results, the optimum test conditions were deter- mined. In addition, the detection limit, recovery and precision for 16 impurity elements in the ash were determined by ICP-AES. The re- suits show that the detection limit of each element is in the range of 0. 000 039 - 0. 025 Ixg/mL, the method recovery is from 95.0% to 105.9%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than or equal to 1.00%. This analysis method of 16 impurity elements in the ash of high-purity petroleum coke and high-purity coal tar pitch can meet the research requirements for high-purity graphite.
