摘 要:矿产资源最大限度地开发利用是最有效的减排,也是对生态环境最好的保护。通过提高资源综合利用率、提高采空区充填率等方式,实现矿产资源最大限度利用和环境生态"弱"污染或"零"污染,从而促进资源-环境-经济-社会的和谐发展。文章以滇西北羊拉矿山为例,在总结国内外研究进展的技术上,分析了其资源利用现状及生态环境问题,讨论了通过提高矿产资源综合利用率和尾矿充填采空区等技术而实现"无排放"生态矿山建设的可行性,并指出了实现"无排放"目标而需要加强的四个研究方向和两个亟待解决的关键技术难题。The maximum development and utilization of mineral resources is not only most effective emission reduction, but best protection for ecological environment. By improving the comprehensive utilization rate of resources and the filling rates of the goal, the maxi- mum utilization of mineral resources and the weak pollution or zero pollution of the environment ecology are achieved so as to promote harmo- nious development of resources-environment-economy-society. Taking Yangla Mine in the northwest of Yunnan as an example, based on a summarization of research progress at home and abroad, by analyzing its present situation of resource utilization and some ecological environ- ment problems, the feasibility of realizing the construction of free-emission ecological mine by improving the comprehensive utilization rate of mineral resources and the filling rates of the mined-out area was discussed, and to achieve the goal of free-emission, four research directions that needs to intensify and two key technical challenges to be solved were pointed out.
