摘 要:目的:采用HPLC法建立艾叶饮片的指纹图谱,为艾叶饮片质量评价提供依据。方法:采用AgilentEclipse XDB-C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;以乙腈(B)-0.2%磷酸(A)为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;采用DAD检测器检测,检测波长330nm,参比波长420nm。流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:25℃。结果:建立了艾叶饮片HPLC指纹图谱,方法学考察结果符合指纹图谱技术要求,采用该方法共检测了不同产地10批艾叶饮片,共标定12个共有特征指纹峰。结论:本法准确、可靠,建立的HPLC指纹图谱为艾叶的质量控制提供更全面的信息。Objective : To establish fingerprints of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium by HPLC. Methods : The chromatographic column was Agilent Eclipse XDB- C18 (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)and the mobile phaseconsisted of acetonitrile- 0.2% phosphoric acid at flow rate of 1.0mL . min - 1. The detection wavelength and reference wavelength were respectively set at 330nm and 420nm. The column temperature was 25℃. Results: The fingerprint of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium was estab- lished by HPLC. Methodological study results met the technical requirements for fingerprinting, 12 peaks were identified as the characteristic fingerprints of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium through the determination of 10 samples. Conclusion: The method has a good precision, stability and repeatability. The established fingerprints can be used for the quality control of Artemisiae Aigyi Folium.
