艾灸联合四黄散外敷预防PICC机械性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸联合四黄散外敷预防PICC致机械性静脉炎方面的临床效果。方法:将98例PICC置管患者随机分为观察组(48例)与对照组(50例),观察组行PICC置管后24h,在穿刺点上方3～4cm处延穿刺静脉走行预防性艾灸联合外敷中药四黄散10cm×5cm,连续3天,对照组:置管后24h给予湿热敷,部位同观察组,每天2次,每次30min,连续3天。观察两组患者机械性静脉炎的发生率。结果:观察组机械性静脉炎发生率为4.17%,对照组为18%,观察组机械性静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:PICC置管后预防性使用艾灸联合四黄散外敷可有效降低机械性静脉炎的发生率。Objective：Discuss the efficacy of moxibustion combined with Sihuang Powder for the prevention of PICC mechanical phlebitis. Method：98 cases of PICC tube patients were randomly divided into observation group（48 cases）and control group（50 cases）. The observation group underwent treatment for 24 hours after setting the PICC tube,which was given moxibustion combined with Sihuang powder external application of 10cm × 8cm obove the puncture point 3 -4cm a- long the veins for three days. Control group,24h after setting PICC tube,was given moist heat external use at the same po- sition as the observation group, twice a day ,30min for each time, lasting for three days. Result：Observation group mechan- ical vein phlebitis occurred in 4.17%, and 18% in the control group,the mechanical phlebitis in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The prophylactic use of moxibustion com- bined with Sihuang powder after setting PICC tube can reduce the incidence of mechanical phlebitis.
