大黄牡丹汤加减防治环状混合痔术后并发症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄牡丹汤加减治疗环状混合痔术后并发症的临床疗效。方法:将200例环状混合痔术后患者随机分为3组,观察组100例,服用大黄牡丹汤加减汤剂;对照1组50例,服用痔疮片;对照2组50例,服用地奥司明片。结果:观察组在改善术后肛缘水肿方面疗效与对照1组比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但优于对照2组(P<0.05);在改善肛门疼痛、坠胀、便血、排便情况等方面明显优于两个对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄牡丹汤加减能有效防治环状混合痔术后常见并发症,效果可靠,值得推广。Objective：To observe the therapeutic efficacy of modified Dahuang Mudan decoction on preventing and treating postoperational complications of circular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods ： A total of 200 patients of circular mixed hemorrhoids treated with operation were randomly divided into 3 groups, 100 cases of observation group were treated with modified Dahuang Mudan decoction,50 cases of control group t were treated with Zhichuang tablets,50 cases of control group 2 were treated with diosmin tablets. Results ： There were no significant differences （ P 〉 0.05 ） between observation group and control group 1 in anal edema, yet there was statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） between observation group and control group 2. However,observation group was much better（ P 〈 0.05 ）than two control groups in pain, anus bulge, bleed and defecation function. Conclusion：Modified Dahuang Mudan decoction can effectively prevent and treat postopera- tional complications of circular mixed hemorrhoids, and it has application value.
