寒性药物抗大鼠急性心肌缺血的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:通过结扎冠状动脉造成大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,观察寒性药物豨莶草提取液的抗心肌缺血作用。方法:结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成大鼠心肌缺血模型,进行心电图监测、组织染色检查和血清酶学等综合指标测定来确定心肌缺血范围和损伤程度,并考察豨莶草提取液(7g生药/kg)对其影响。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠心电图ST段波形明显改变,组织染色学检查可见明显心肌缺血损伤,大鼠血清中MDA丙二醛含量增加;与模型组相比,豨莶草提取液组各项指标均有不同程度改善。结论:豨莶草提取液对大鼠实验性急性心肌缺血具有一定的保护作用。Objective ： To discuss the preventive effect of Siegesbeckia Orientalis extract on experimental acute myocardi- um ischemia in rats. Methods ：The left anterior descending branch of coronary apery（LAD） was ligated to form an acute myocardium ischemia model in rats, detecting the electrocardiogram（ ECG）, NBT staining tissue section and enzymes of serum to determinate the damage degree and the scope of ischemia area, so as to inspect the effect of Siegesbeckia Orien- talis extract（Tg crude drug/kg）. Results：Comparing with the shame operated group, obvious elevation of ST segment of ECG and myocardium damage were observed in the model group,with increasing level of MDA;comparing with the model group, there was remarkable difference in the Siegesbeckia Orientalis extract group. Conclusion：The extract of Siegesbeckia Orientalis has a protective effect against acute myocardial ischemia caused by LAD.
