摘　　要：从天津市信息服务业的发展现状出发,从可行性分析和对策研究2个方面,论述了高校图书馆应当对提高天津市信息服务业的竞争力起到重要的推动作用。Starting from the present situation of information service industry in Tianjin,this paper discusses that university library should play an important role of promoting the competitiveness of information service industry in Tianjin,from the two aspects of the feasibility analysis and strategy research.
