摘　　要：每一所地方高校文库都是独特的,因为地域环境决定了地方高校文库有着不可复制的地域特色。加强地方高校文库建设,对彰显地域特色文化,传承地方高校文脉,引领人文素质教育有着重要意义。目前,中国地方高校文库的建设还不尽人意,如地区分布不均,闭关自守严重,开发利用不足等。地方高校文库工作者应有前瞻意识,从进行特色定位,寻求合作支持,加强开发利用等方面积极推进地方高校文库建设。Every regional university collection is specific because regional circumstance determines the uncopiable regional characteristic of regional university collection.Strengthening the construction of regional university collections can help highlight the region's special culture,inherit the humanistic traditions of regional university and guide the education for literacy.At present,we are unsatisfied with the construction status of regional university collections which exist deficiencies including unbalanced distribution among regions,serious closed-door policy and insufficient development and utilization.The collections workers should have superior consciousness and set about the characteristics setting,cooperation seeking and strengthening the development and utilization according to current problems,and promote actively the construction of regional university collections.
