摘　　要：通过对馆员与读者关系的分析,认为两者之间存在共生关系,并且是互利共生关系。这一认识有助于馆员主动改进工作。如设法满足读者需求,以馆员的服务去影响读者。改善馆员与读者关系的同时,提高图书馆服务效益。The analysis of the relationship between librarians and readers shows that there exists the symbiotic relationship,or to be exact,mutually beneficial symbiotic relationship,among them.This understanding will help librarians take the initiative to improve their work,such as trying to meet the needs of readers,to influence readers by the librarian action and to contact the reader sincerely.Companied with improving the relationship of librarians and readers,the service effectiveness of library is enhanced.
