摘　　要：根据中共中央、国务院对科技期刊编辑人员提出的要求,分析了为提高农业科技期刊的出版质量和水平,农业科技期刊编辑应具备政治思想素质、职业道德素质、专业技术素质、学习素质、创新素质等5大职业素养。Chinese Communist Party Central Committee and the State Council were commanded to editors.In this paper,editors of agriculture sci-tech periodical must keep the qualities of political awareness,professional ethics,profession,learning,innovation and so on to improve the level of agriculture sci-tech periodical.
