摘　　要：高职院校图书馆"一站式"服务模式是基于以人为本、读者至上的服务理念。通过阐述图书馆一站式服务的内涵和目标,分析高职院校图书馆一站式服务实施的若干难点,提出了转变观念形成共识、以人为本优化服务、完善组织更新制度、开拓创新提升素质的实施对策。The One-stop service mode in vocational college library is based on service concept of people-oriented and customer-focused.The paper discusses connotation and target of one-stop service,and analysis of several difficult points to implement in vocational college library.Proposed the transformation idea formed consensus,optimized service of people-oriented,perfect organization system,exploration and innovation to upgrade the quality of the implementation countermeasure.
