摘 要:玉米精密播种具有省种、省工、省时、高产和经济等诸多优点,是保苗壮苗的重要措施和增产的前提。精密播种机是实现玉米精密播种机械化技术的主要手段,对播种质量起决定作用。目前,玉米生产中应用的播种机主要以穴播为主,精密播种机较少。为了推广精密播种技术,保证精密播种质量,研制了一种与农村小动力拖拉机配套的勺轮式玉米精密播种机。该机能够一次完成开沟、播种、施肥和覆土镇压等多项作业,种子破损率为0.2%,单粒率大于83.4%,空穴率小于3.1%,穴距合格率大于91.3%,对玉米精密播种技术的实施推广具有重要意义。Corn precision plant is the important measure for seedling and yeild,as well as seed saving,time saving,higher yield and lower cost.The precision planter is the main mechanization technique means for sowing quality.At present,applications in corn production are usually hill planter in China,precision machine is less.A corn precision planter with spoon-wheel seedmeter is desighned,with 11-14.7kW tractor as matched power is.The planter can complete all plant works of diching,fertilizing,seeding,covering and squasing at once traval.The plant quality index is: rate of damaged seed is 0.2%,the single seed rate is more than 83.4%,the rate of missing hills is less than 3.1%,qualified hill spacing percent is more than 91.3%.The design is very important for corn precision plant.
