摘 要:为了探索潜在的具有高催化活性的非贵金属功能纳米材料,本文采用氨水改进柠檬酸溶胶凝胶法,合成了纳米级LaCoO3.通过X-射线粉末衍射、循环伏安曲线等方法,研究了合成温度对结构与性能的影响.XRD研究表明氨水改进后的凝胶在600℃焙烧即获得具有菱型钙钛矿结构的LaCoO3;碱性介质中循环伏安曲线研究表明,LaCoO3在阳极扫描过程出现二个阳极峰,分别对应Co(Ⅱ)/Co(Ⅲ)转变和Co(Ⅲ)/Co(Ⅳ)的转变;醇介质中循环伏安曲线的阳极电流明显增大,表明LaCoO3对醇具有电催化氧化作用;在550℃~900℃焙烧范围内,600℃焙烧获得的LaCoO3对醇的电催化氧化活性最高.A series of LaCoO3 nano-oxides were perature in order to explore non-noble metal functional synthesized by a modified citrate sol-gel route at given tern- materials with high catalysis activity. The XRD pattern indicates that rhombohedral perovskite structure is created when the precursors are calcined at 600℃, and that increasing calcined temperature does not change phase lattice structures. The electrochemical behavior of the resulting oxides was investigated by cycle vohammetry. Both Co( II )/Co( III) transition and Co( III )/Co( IV )transition are observed in cycle voltammetry curves in basic medium. The results also show that LaCoO3 oxides have electrocatalytic activity on the oxidation of methanol which depended strongly on the calcining temperature, and that the oxide calcined at 600 ℃ has the highest activity in comparison with samples calcined at any other temperature between 550 ℃ and 900 ℃.
