摘　　要：本文通过对中国西南边疆中缅边境地区非传统安全突出问题的分析,指出中缅边境多民族地区非传统安全威胁具有"内传"与"外溢"的发展特点,这一地区的非传统安全问题事关国家安全与稳定发展大局,应未雨绸缪,积极采取应对策略。Based on the analysis of the outstanding problems of the non - traditional security in China - Burma border area of Southwest China border, this article points out that the non - traditional security threats of the multi - ethnic region in China - Burma border has the characteristics of ＂inward spreading＂ and ＂spillover＂. The region＇s non - traditional security is related to national security and the overall stability and development. We should take precautions and actively adopt coping strategies.
