摘　　要：农村家庭人力资本实物期权可分为基于收益不确定性的转换期权、基于收益不确定性的成长期权、基于灵活性不确定性的延续性投资期权;农村家庭人力资本投资是一种多期复合实物期权模型。实物期权方法的运用增加了农村家庭投资决策的柔性,并能为其提供更为准确的依据。当然,实物期权法的定价精确计算较为复杂。挖掘实物期权的具体简便的定价方式,帮助农村家庭深刻领会实物期权的内涵并做出更好的人力资本投资决策是我们今后努力的研究方向。Rural family＇s real options of human capital can be classified into uncertain switch option based on return, uncertain growth option based on return, and continuity investment option based on flexibility and uncertainty. Rural family＇s human capital investment is a kind of compound real option model. Real option pricing method can increase rural family＇s flexibility of investment decision, and provide more accurate basis. Of course, precise calculation of real option pricing method is complicated. Digging into specific and simple real option pricing method, helping rural family to deeply understand the connotation of real option and make a better decision of investment in human capital, is an issue worthy of our future researches.
