摘 要:以长期定位试验点紫色水稻土为研究对象,研究了短期耕作对紫色水稻土有机碳矿化特征及氧化稳定性的影响。结果表明:短期内经一季水稻种植后,不同耕作制度0~20cm耕层土壤有机碳含量均有所升高。垄作免耕(中稻)和垄作免耕(稻油)在水稻收获后土壤有机碳含量均显著高于常规平作(中稻),而水旱轮作(稻油)显著低于常规平作(中稻),表明长期垄作免耕会导致有机碳聚集于土壤表层。除水旱轮作(稻油)外,其他耕作处理在水稻收获后土壤易氧化性有机质含量均显著下降,且土壤易氧化有机碳含量大小顺序均为垄作免耕(中稻)>常规平作(中稻)>垄作免耕(稻油)>水旱轮作(稻油),还有垄作免耕(稻油)在水稻收获后土壤易氧化有机碳占有机碳的比例最低,表明实行稻油轮作的模式可以增加土壤难氧化有机碳含量。Effects of different tillage systems on Soil Organic Carbon Mineralization and its Relationship with Labile Or- ganic Carbon in Paddy Soils on Rice Growth of long term experiment site ( carbon was determined by 333 mmol/L KMnO4. The results showed that all since 1990) were studied. Soil labile organic tillage systems can increase organic carbon in soil layer 0-15 cm after rice harvesting. No-tillage and ridge with rice-rape rotation (NR-rr) and no-tillage and ridge with rice only (NR-r) were significantly higher than conventional tillage with rice only ( CT-r), while conventional till- age with rice-rape rotation (CT-rr) was lower than CT-r. These indicated that long-term NR-rr or NR-r may lead to enrichment of soil organic carbon ( SOC ) in the surface soil layer. Soil liable organic carbon ( LOC ) concentration was decreased after rice harvesting in all treatments excepted CT-r and LOC content in the 0-15 cm soil layer under different tillage system were in an order: NR-r 〉 CT-r 〉 NR-rr 〉 CT-rr. These showed that pattern of rice-rape rotation may decrease the content of LOC. Cumulative mineralization amount and mineralization intensity of SOC were significantly ( p 〈 0. 05) different between all treatments.
