摘  要:正交回归试验建立的导电加热切削加热电阻经验公式表明,加热电流对加热电阻的影响最大。利用加热电阻经验公式进行了有限元分析,归纳出加热电阻焦耳热产生温升的经验公式。结合三维切削模型和Umbrello本构方程,对导电加热切削的切削力和温度场进行了三维有限元仿真及试验验证。加热电流I≥160A时可以得到较小的切削力;切削变形区的切屑处温度最高;最佳切削温度对应的最佳加热电流为168~190A。Based on orthogonal regression experiments,an empirical equation for heating resistance of EHM was established,data shows that the cutting current has the largest influence on the heating resistance.This empirical equation was adopted in the finite element simulation(FES),an empirical equation was obtained to describe the temperature rising generated by joule heat of the heating resistance.With 3D cutting model and Umbrello constitutive equations,both 3D finite element simulation and verification experiments were carried out to study the cutting force and temperature field in the EHM,results show that low cutting force appears when cutting current I≥160A,the highest temperature of the cutting area shows at the cutting scrap of the deformation area,the optimal heating current I which gives the correspondent optimal cutting temperature is 168A~190A.
