摘 要:采用热敏变色材料与储能材料复合,以制备热敏变色储能织物。研究了不同制备条件对涂层织物K/S值、变色性能以及服用性能的影响,结果显示,热敏变色材料的含量在1.5%~2%即可达到较好的变色效果;在应用方面,热敏变色材料与储能材料均匀混合后涂层较为适宜。当相变材料的添加量为10%、涂层浆料涂覆量为60 g/m2时,制备的热敏变色储能织物性能较好。扫描电镜图片和织物水洗测试显示,热敏变色材料和储能材料与织物的粘连很牢固,水洗对织物的储能性能和变色性能影响较小。The thermo-chromic and energy-storage fabrics are prepared with composite thermo-chromic materials and energystorage materials. The influences of operating conditions on K/S value, discolorization property and wearing performance are observed. The results show that the finished fabrics have good discolorization property with 1.5 % -2% thermo-chromic mate- rials. Thermo-chromic materials and energy-storage materials mixed thoroughly is suitable for coating. With an addition of phase change material 10% and coating weight of 60 g/m2, the thermo-chromic and energy-storage fabric performs well. The SEM images and washing experiments indicate that the thermo-chromic materials and the energy-storage materials are fixed firmly on the fabrics, and the laundering tests have little influence on energy-storage property and discolorization property.
