摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对长春市城区中小学教师参与体育健身活动现状进行调查,分析影响长春市城区中小学教师参与体育健身活动的因素,并提出有针对性的对策,为提高长春市城区中小学教师健康水平以及政府部门制定群众体育方针、政策、措施提供参考。By using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and other research methods, this paper investigates on the present situation of primary and middle school teachers＇ participation in physical fitness activity in Changchun City. This paper discovered the existence questions, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure, so as to improve the level of primary and middle school teachers＇ healthy of Changchun City and help the government make the mass sports policies, and measures.
