青少年情绪调节自我效能感与心理健康的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨青少年情绪调节自我效能感与心理健康的关系,检验性别变量在其中的调节作用,为提高青少年心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用情绪调节自我效能感量表(修订版)和中国中学生心理健康量表,对分层整群随机抽取的广州市初一至高三学生1 077名进行问卷调查。结果学生情绪调节自我效能感总均分及各因子分与心理健康总均分及各因子分均呈显著负相关(P值均<0.05)。回归分析发现,表达积极情绪效能感(POS)中只有表达快乐/兴奋情绪效能感(HAP)对偏执有显著负向预测作用(β=-0.075,P<0.05);管理消极情绪效能感(NEG)的3个因子对心理健康各因子均具有显著负向预测作用(β值为-0.201～-0.069,P值均<0.05)。性别在管理消极情绪效能感对心理健康影响中起调节作用。结论青少年情绪调节自我效能感直接影响心理健康。与男生相比,女生管理消极情绪效能感越低,越容易出现心理健康问题。Objective To investigate the relations of adolescents＇ emotional regulation self-efficacy and mental health as well as to examine the possible moderating effect of gender.Methods SRESE and MSSMHS were administered to 1 077 students aging from 13-18 in Guangzhou.Results Negative correlations between mean score of emotional regulation self-efficacy and mean scores of total and subset dimensions of mental health were found.Results of regression analysis showed that paranoia,a dimension of mental health,was predicted by HAP,a dimension of POS（β=-0.075,P0.05）.Also,every dimension of mental health was predicted by all components of NEG（β=-0.201 to-0.069,P0.05）.We also found that gender moderated the relationship between NEG and mental health.Conclusion Emotional regulation self-efficacy may have a direct influence on mental health.When female＇s NEG is lower,they will be more prone to have mental problems than their male counterpart.
