益肾活血助孕汤对排卵障碍不孕大鼠卵巢组织ERK表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中药益。肾活血助孕汤治疗排卵障碍不孕症的具体机制。方法建立30只不孕大鼠模型，随机分为正常组、排卵障碍不孕性动物模型组、中药治疗组。每组10只。中药治疗组给予益肾活血助孕汤灌胃，正常组、排卵障碍不孕性动物模型组给予等量生理盐水。均治疗4周后处死。观察每组大鼠卵巢组织ERK1和ERK2的表达情况。结果与正常组比较，模型组和中药治疗组治疗前卵巢ERK1／2蛋白表达均显著降低（P〈0．05），治疗组治疗后，ERK1／2蛋白表达明显增多，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论中药益。肾活血助孕汤干预能增强ERK1和ERK2激酶表达，从而达到治疗排卵障碍不孕症的目的。Objective To investigate the effects of Yishenhuoxue progesterone soup on the rat with ovulation failure. Methods We established the model of rat with ovulation failure, and interfere in Yishenhuoxue progesterone soup,and observed the level of extracellular signal - regulated kinase in ovaries. Results Compared with normal group, the levels of ERK1/2 decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） in model group and treatment group, compared with pretherapy, the levels of ERK1/2 increased significantly in post - treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The treatment with Yishenhuoxue progesterone soup can enhance the expressions of ERK1 and ERK2 for curing ovulation failure.
