心仁神安胶囊治疗失眠症59例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察心仁神安胶囊治疗阴虚火旺夹痰失眠症的临床疗效。方法将59例阴虚火旺夹痰失眠症患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予心仁神安胶囊口服,对照组29例予安慰剂胶囊口服,疗程均为4周。观察2组失眠综合疗效、中医证候疗效及治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)及中医症状积分。结果治疗组失眠综合疗效总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率68.97%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组;治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率100%,对照组总有效率62.07%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后PSQI积分及中医症候积分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.01)。2组治疗后PSQI积分及中医症候积分比较治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论心仁神安胶囊治疗阴虚火旺夹痰失眠症疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of Xinrenshenan capsule on the treatment of insomnia with fire excess from Yin deficiency. Methods 59 cases of insomnia with fire excess from Yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment received Xinrenshenan capsule treatment. Control group received placebo. The course was four weeks in two groups. Insomnia comprehensive efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficacy, PSQI score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were observed. Results The total effective rate of insom- nia comprehensive efficacy was 96.67% and 68.97% in treatment and control group. There was significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.01 ）. The effect in treatment group was superior to than in control group. The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine symptom was 100% and 62.07% in treatment and control group. There was sig- nificant difference between two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The effect in treatment group was superior to than in control group. PSQI score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score after treatment were lower than those before treatment in treatment group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. PSQI score and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in treatment group were low- er that those in control group after treatment （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Xinrenshenan capsule on the treatment of in- somnia with fire excess from Yin deficiency has definite effect.
