摘  要:在相同栽培生态条件下,对7个龙须草(Eulaliopsis binata)居群株高、分蘖数、生育期、种子长度、种子颜色等主要农艺性状指标和净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、叶绿素含量等光合性状指标进行测定,并计算水分利用效率(WUE),用方差分析和相关性分析对7个龙须草居群主要农艺性状和光合特性进行综合评价。结果表明:7个龙须草居群的抽穗期、开花期、成熟期、种子长度、种子颜色等农艺性状指标之间无显著差异,但株高、分蘖数之间呈现显著差异;居群间大部分光合特性参数存在显著差异,其中Pn与Gs、Tr等显著相关,叶片中叶绿素含量与Pn无显著相关性。Under the same culture and ecological conditions,the main agronomic characters,such as plant height,number of tillers,growth period,seed length and seed color,and the photosynthetic characters,such as net photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci) and chlorophyll content,of seven populations of Eulaliopsis binata were measured,and the water use efficiency(WUE) of them were calculated.Then,a comprehensive evaluation was conducted to main agronomic characters and photosynthetic characters of the seven populations of Eulaliopsis binata by the analysis of variance and the correlation analysis.The results showed that heading stage,blossom period,mature period,grain length and grain color had no significant differences among the seven populations of Eulaliopsis binata,but plant height and number of tillers had significant differences among the seven populations.The most photosynthetic characters had obviously difference among the seven populations,in which there was a significant correlation between Pn and Gs,Pn and Tr,but the content of chlorophyll in leaves had no obvious correlation with Pn.
