摘  要:在育苗期间,为筛选出适宜的烤烟生长发育的最佳炼苗时间,试验分析了不同炼苗时间对成苗素质与移栽后烟株的生长发育、植物学性状、农艺性状、经济性状、烟叶化学成分等性状指标的影响。结果表明:经过炼苗后,烟苗的成苗素质有明显提高,移栽后返苗快,生长发育提前,烟株的植物学性状及经济性状表现较优,化学成分除了烟碱偏高外,其它成分均在适宜范围内。综合分析表明,最佳炼苗时间为移栽前断水炼苗7~15 d。In order to screen out the optimum seedling adaptation time for the growth and development of flue-cured tobacco in seedling breeding period,the effects of different seedling adaptation time on seedling quality and growth and development,botanical characters,agronomic characters,economic characters,chemical components as well as other characteristic index of transplanted tobacco plant were analyzed.The results showed that the quality of tobacco plant was improved after seedling adaptation treated,which embodied in the quick recovery after transplanting,growth and development was ahead of schedule,botanical and economic characters of tobacco plant were better than check,and all the chemical components were within the appropriate range except the nicotine in upper leaves was slightly higher.Comprehensive analysis showed that the optimum seedling adaptation time was 7-15 day before transplanting with water cut-off.
