摘 要:针对黑龙江省网220 kV线路微机保护更新换代以及综合自动化变电站改造过程中运行设备停送电、改变运行方式、保护测试等工作安排问题,阐述了线路微机保护系统的结构,分析了220 kV线路和220 kV旁路(母旁)开关更换微机保护涉及的电网一次设备停电方式及二次系统的施工方式。实际应用结果表明,黑龙江电网大量的220kV线路、专用旁路、母联兼旁路开关等设备新更换微机保护工作采用的检修方式,能够合理地选取电网运行方式,减少运行设备停运,缩短停运时间,保证电网安全稳定运行。According to the arrangement of apparatus power supply cut- in and cut- off, replacement of operation and protection test during the transformation of the replacement of microcomputer - based protection for 220 kV line and comprehensive and automation substation in Heilongjiang Grid, this paper expounds the structure of microcom- puter - based protection system and analyzes power cut - off of primary apparatus and construction of quadratic sys- tem relating to the replacement of microcomputer - based protection of 220 kV line and 220 kV bypass ( mairi by- pass) switch. The application result shows that the overhaul of the new microcomputer - based protection of 220 kV line, special bypass, bus -tie and bypass switch is able duces the outrage of running apparatus, shortens running network. to reasonably select operation mode for power network, re- period and guarantees the safe and stable running of power
